By accessing this website or enrolling in any program offered by Commerce Leaders Initiative (CLI), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Programs & Fees
Program fees, batch schedules, and inclusions are shared at the time of counselling. Fees once paid are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in the enrolment agreement.
3. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, attend classes regularly, and respect faculty and peers. Violation may result in suspension without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All study material, recorded lectures, and content on this website are the intellectual property of CLI and may not be redistributed without written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
CLI is not liable for individual exam outcomes. Results depend on student effort, attendance, and preparation.
6. Changes to Terms
CLI may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
